Head Trainer: Alan Boetticher

Alan began his fitness training at the age of 6 in gymnastics. Later, at the age of 12, he received his first Joe Weider book with life size posters. Having competed on at least 8 different types of athletic teams, including being a martial arts medal-winner, he has always had a passion for sports and fitness. After spending many years as a chef he decided to return to what he loves most while doing his part in making the world a better place. Personal fitness training was his calling and he knew it. Studying at AAPT in Manhattan under the instruction of world renouned fitness expert, Brad Shoenfeld, places Alan at the top of the industry. Shortly after receiving his AAPT Certification Alan earned a highly respected NSCA-CPT Certification. Alan started his career in the corporate gym world where he stayed for a short time until he decided to start his life’s work in his own fitness studio.
