Head Trainer: Alan Boetticher

Alan began his fitness training at the age of 6 in gymnastics. Later, at the age of 12, he received his first Joe Weider book with life size posters. Having competed on at least 8 different types of athletic teams, including being a martial arts medal-winner, he has always had a passion for sports and fitness. After spending many years as a chef he decided to return to what he loves most while doing his part in making the world a better place. Personal fitness training was his calling and he knew it. Studying at AAPT in Manhattan under the instruction of world renouned fitness expert, Brad Shoenfeld, places Alan at the top of the industry. Shortly after receiving his AAPT Certification Alan earned a highly respected NSCA-CPT Certification. Alan started his career in the corporate gym world where he stayed for a short time until he decided to start his life’s work in his own fitness studio. Personal/Group Trainer, Head of Revolution Kids: Kyra Grimsley

Kyra became an ACE certified trainer after 5 years of personal and group cross-training with Alan’s Body Revolution Fitness. Her first passion in life was helping young adolescents achieve academic and emotional success, thus pursuing her Masters Degree and CAS in School Counseling. After years of training with Big Al she developed a second passion for health and fitness. The next logical step was to become a certified trainer so she could help others. Now, Kyra is a full time guidance counselor by day and a certified fitness instructor by night. Kyra also runs Revolution Fitness’ Summer Program: Revolution Kids.

Personal/Group Trainer: Mona Bumpers

After 3.5 years of group cross training with Alan, Mona witnessed her own transformation and decided she wanted to pay it forward and help others reach their goals. Mona has always had a passion for fitness, she’s even known as the “Sheriff” in the group fitness classes because of her desire to help others and knows everyone in the group.

“I want to give the gift of health and fitness to someone like me.”

Mona is currently running our 8-week Small Group Training sessions that are offered to our Baby Boomer generation.

She is a Registered dental Hygienist of 22 years and loves what she does.

She is also a Certified Spin instructor with Total Ryder In Motion.
