By 32 I was 331 pounds, everyday tasks seemed to get more difficult by the week.I had no energy, back pains, high stress,hypertension.. My DR. gave me a choice of pills or get active. I was up for a challenge like always so i joined the Revolution fitness program in Albany NY. I began training with Alan in January 09. Alan gave me a complete game plan for me to achieve my goal of losing 90 pounds.This included weight training ,cardio,functional fitness and nutrition.
Alan’s plan was to lose 2#s a week on average .Training with Alan 2-3 days a week and taking his advise about nutrition have helped my meet my 1st phase of this journey. My back pain is gone, I have energy like in high school and everyday tasks are easy again. Everywhere I go people who know me asked how i did it, I tell them.
