Head Trainer: Alan Boetticher
Alan began his fitness training at the age of 6 in gymnastics. Later, at the age of 12, he received his first Joe Weider book with life size posters. Having competed on at least 8 different types of athletic teams, including being a martial arts medal-winner, he has always had a passion for sports and fitness. After spending many years as a chef he decided to return to what he loves most while doing his part in making the world a better place. Personal fitness training was his calling and he knew it. Studying at AAPT in Manhattan under the instruction of world renouned fitness expert, Brad Shoenfeld, places Alan at the top of the industry. Shortly after receiving his AAPT Certification Alan earned a highly respected NSCA-CPT Certification. Alan started his career in the corporate gym world where he stayed for a short time until he decided to start his life’s work in his own fitness studio. Head of Sports Performance: Chris Wilson
Chris has always been involved in sports and fitness, even from an early age. He competed in baseball and football growing up, as well as training in a style of traditional Japanese karate. When it came time to go to college and choose a major it only seemed natural for Chris to choose something in the fitness field. While attending The State University of New York College at Cortland, Chris majored in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. It was also during this time that he realized his career calling was to help people achieve their fitness goals. After college Chris spent time in both the non-profit sector and working in corporate gyms, but didn’t feel that he could best use his talents in either of these venues. It was from these realizations that his involvement with Revolution Fitness was born. In addition to helping individuals reach their fitness goals, Chris also has passion for helping those with sports perfomance goals. So, give Chris a call and start to see what you can achieve!

Personal/Group Trainer, Head of Revolution Kids: Kyra McTighe
Kyra became an ACE certified trainer after 5 years of personal and group cross-training with Alan’s Body Revolution Fitness. Her first passion in life was helping young adolescents achieve academic and emotional success, thus pursuing her Masters Degree and CAS in School Counseling. After years of training with Big Al she developed a second passion for health and fitness. The next logical step was to become a certified trainer so she could help others. Now, Kyra is a full time guidance counselor by day and a certified fitness instructor by night. Kyra also runs Revolution Fitness’ Summer Program: Revolution Kids.
